About Us
SRMB Srijan Private Limited is an IMS (ISO 9001:2015/ISO 14001: 2015/OHSAS 8001:2007) certified six decades-old Primary Steel Producer (classified by Joint Plant Committee under Ministry of Steel). We manufacture TMT bars, CRS TMT Bars & Structural items with a turnover of more than 1600 crore per annum. SRMB manufactures TMT Bars and structural steel from its captive raw material (billet) in the two state-of-the-art finished steel production units in Durgapur (West Bengal). Our manufacturing units are equipped with all kinds of modern infrastructure, including digital universal testing machine and spectrometer, for quality control and testing purposes. The SRMB TMT Bars are manufactured in technical collaboration with CRM, Belgium’s TEMPCORE Cooling Technology and are the only steel manufacturer in India that has Tempcore License for up to Fe 550 grade and BIS License for up to Fe 600 grade for all available dia. including ductile (D) & S grades. Recently, the company has also introduced its SR (seismic-resistant) variety of TMT bars, a product suitable for use in earthquake-prone zones. This is the result of SRMB’s motto of “Leadership through Innovation” innovation by way of adoption of new technologies and in-house research and development.

Factories
SRMB group is the pioneer in using 100% automated Block Mills equipped with tungsten carbide rollers resulting in grill sections with perfect shape, uniform thickness & equal standard length of 6 meters and consistent section weight.
Cooling Bed
The walking type automated Cooling Bed promotes faster production & ensures that the products are properly straightened by eliminating the defects that may arise due to manual handling.
Raw Material
SRMB Real Edge is rolled from SRMB's captive billet to ensure precision, consistency in quality. All billets are cast from superior quality ore sourced chemical composition. The billet undergoes rigorous testing to maintain certified composition of Carbon, Sulphur & Phosphorus in the MS sections which makes it the best choice for fabrication.
Quality Control
Using advanced European Technology, following superior guide & strict quality management standards of production enables batch to batch consistency & establishes highest precision in the MS Flats (ISF) & Square Bars (ISSQ) conforming to IS 1730:1989 and IS 1732:1989 specifications. The Real Edge steel sections also conforms to IS 2062:2011 specifications for weld-convenient & economical choice for fabricators.
